An operating, Thai GACP-certified medical cannabis cultivation business in the Sattahip area of Chonburi, south of Pattaya, within the Eastern Economic Corridor and about 18 minutes from U-Tapao International Airport.
The facility combines a closed-system building with evaporative greenhouse structures and is actively cultivating. It has three flowering rooms of about 479 sqm, about 204 sqm of vegetative rooms, drying and curing rooms, a processing area, secure storage, dedicated hygiene areas and room to expand. The certified cultivation and processing area is about 756 sqm, and the operation is positioned for buyer-led EU-GMP processing upgrades through licensed partners.
Cultivation systems and equipment:
Production, as estimated by the seller: three flowering rooms, about five harvests a year of roughly 360 kg each, a ten-week crop cycle, manual harvesting and trimming, and unique batch coding for traceability. Product is dried medical cannabis flower, around 19 to 29 per cent THC, with microbiological, heavy-metal, pesticide and mycotoxin testing and batch certificates of analysis.
